What do I do if I get a product that does not work?
We pride ourselves in providing quality products, however, sometimes things can happen. Like A Kitten branded toys include a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against defects. If you purchase a toy that is defective, we will send a replacement of that toy.
Other branded products that we sell may have their own specific manufacturer warranties. This information would be provided in the product manual. If you purchase another branded product through us and find it to be defective, please contact us. We honor manufacturer warranties and will replace products according to warranty.
